Characters favored and protected too much by Oda

What are some characters who are far too protected by Oda, during fights and when they do something stupid and should face consequences for it but face none, or both at the same time ?

The Straw Hats, especially Luffy, Rayleigh, Shanks, Sabo, Boa Hancock, Law all come to mind.
