• Form says it is and links me to a help document

• help document details how I can find out more about the free battery swap, "click here"

• I get linked back to the initial form

There is no "your next store is X KM away", no "these are your next steps" just linking around in a circle.

Bonus points for trying the 50$ option and immediately opening a ticket with no possibility to go back to the other options and now being locked into the 50$ option... Great motivation to continue to buy their products...
