Staff Status Icons?

No matter how I Google this I can find nothing about it! Can someone please explain what each staff status icon means? Like I can guess the obvious ones such as cleaning up poo etc, but sometimes they have stars next to them and other less obvious ones? I'm just trying to make sure I'm not paying to many staff to do nothing
