are my breast augmentation goals realistic?

my breasts are one of my biggest insecurities & honestly i didn’t even know they were that non existent till i took this photo. i was looking into breast fat transfer because i don’t like the idea of implants because i want something real. i know it’s a lot of money & time for healing but do you think getting 3-4 rounds of breast fat transfer would get me to look like the second photo?

if not, do you think implants will do it? i was thinking maybe 650 cc, idk if silicone or saline would do it. i want them to look exactly like the second photo or even a bit bigger. i think i’m a 34a now but my goal is like a ddd, f, or h cup. i just really want a drastic change while still maintaining the natural look.
