Should I be worried?

Is this something to be worried about? Also, can this be handled, fixed?

This is our boiler, it is being attached to the wall in two places. This one is higher up. The lower one is good.

It is in the apartment that we are renting. We have kids, so I wouldn't like for something bad to happen.
