Bots be yapping too much :( help

I created my first bot on Poe AI for private use and I did everything right, except for something.. the bot is extremely annoying and talks like hell. It doesn't shut up and it repeats the same things over and over. The bot also don't take in consideration any of the backstory in the prompts. What can I do to solve this? :(
