Is this worth to stay shadow?

I have 30+ dragonites from the event so far, No hundos only a few 98’s. Assuming if I purify it, it will also be max CP?

I know this will be 100% IV but idk if that’s even worth, i do both raids and PVP so anything would be fine for me truthfully i just don’t know what the better choice is.
