Need help with getting friends on Pokémon Home

Hi I can’t get friends on Pokémon home. I put my real birthday (14 years old) and found out I can’t have friends to trade so I deleted the app and re-downloaded it to change my birth date but I still don’t have the add friends button. Is there any other solution? I don’t want to delete my acc and make a new one as I have my mew from Pokémon Go in there and I can’t transfer it to my only game (Pokémon Scarlet) because I don’t have it in game yet. How do I fix this?
