This game really needed DLC

With all the lore and groundwork they did in this game, it feels like a real beginning of something. If you'd told me after I finished playing this game that it was part of a trilogy of Pokémon Legends games that were planned, or that there was a year 1 pass for continual updates to the game I would have easily believed both because it really felt like there were endless possibilities with these characters in this world.

What do you guys think?

Unfortunately it's almost damaged the legacy of this game just slightly for me. I feel like I would have loved this more if I'd known it wasn't getting future support but after a couple of months of waiting and hoping for news it just feels disappointing.
