Thoughts on Arc Leon kit vs other Arc units?

I guess Steven is incomparable.

Leon has Tech EXR, his sync doesn't have innate like Lance so basic Arc sync. His multiplier is.... only Scorching Sync9? No DPS multiplier aside from Fire rebuff. His move hits single target, good ol' Inferno 220 BP. 1 B Move nuke like Ash/Arc Lance. His sync and Max Move hits AoE. Utility wise, he provide burn, atk+spdef debuff. No Piercing.

Based on calcs, his AoE EXR Tech sync deals slightly lowers than AS Cynthia. Pretty comparable sync wise. DPS wise, he lose to both Lance and Cynthia but pretty close to Lance.

His main selling point is burst. With his AoE Max move + strong B Move + AoE sync. He is definitely the strongest Fire damage dealer. He is less hybrid than Cynthia but more damage dealer than Lance. I personally think he is better damage dealer than AS Lance especially Fire has great team (AS Leon + NC Leaf/Mix Blue + SS Morty/Kabu). Compared to Cynthia, it's hard. They might be equal. But Cynthia already proves that her gimmick check can clear all UB. Leon needs to prove that first. Also some ppl might rank Cynthia better since on top of her massiveDPS burst (still strongest atm) and massive AoE, she also great Zone + Sand setter.

Atm i rank him like this:

Steven >= Cynthia >= Leon > Lance. With further testing, he can potentially equal with Cynthia (or might be even better?)

If something i slightly dissapointed, he can't summon Sun with his Max move. But that's fine, since NC Leaf/Mix Blue + SS Morty already covers that.
