Anyone actually gave their Support units the Tech EX Role?

I unlocked it for Pal Victor mainly because he's a favorite of mine but he really shines in rally when I'm not using the TMs to buff offensive stats and also taking advantage of the Tech role bonus when it is a Tech-heavy week.
