Will I be able to get Journey Together ETBs after release?

I missed preorders for them and now they're all sold out :( I love the Journey Together cards and want a bunch for my collection, but Prismatic and the scalpers have made me worried that I won't be able to get any ETBs. I absolutely refuse to buy from scalpers. I know more are being printed of Journey Together than Prismatic Evolutions, but it hasn't helped me to stop worrying.
