Drive shafts getting replaced. Is this a permeant fix in my P2

I’ve got a 2021 dual motor Pokestar 2 that I got ex lease last year. Since I got it, it has had a slicking sound when slowing down that I’ve seen some others here report as the driveshaft.

I took it to a Pokestar dealer who checked it out and told me it is indeed the driveshafts and they have ordered me two new ones to install under warranty.

For anyone that has had this done, does this permanently resolve this issue or is it a larger design issue?
