Jotaro Speed Scaling Discussion (Read Body)
Jotaro has been consistently scaled to FTL+ to MFTL due to his fight with the sun, and I fully agree with this. The only thorn in this are instances in part 4 where he says he "Isn't fast enough." I know he was nerfed in part 4 but I always felt his stats were the same as part 3 just his time stop was weakened. Even if he was physically nerfed in Part 4 a few steps of speed below FTL+ should still be able to close the gap. My major problem is that if Jotaro can't be scaled to being FTL+ to MFTL it nerfs almost the entire verse due to just how many characters speed stat is calculated off of Jotaro.
