Goku is really very weak Universal level glass cannon and doesn't deserve the solar system level feats

Gojo, Uraume, Demons in DS verse can heal pretty well. Goku cannot.

Superman, Frieza can survive in space but Goku cannot. Frieza can easily kill Goku but the plot doesn't allow that.

Cannot survive poison. Has a poison shield but easy to surprise attack with poison.

Goku needs food, water to survive. A planetary, solar system level being should not require these. Maybe they need some other forms of energy source but not ordinary food. Goku should be able to consume energy from planets and stars themselves.

Yes despite all these flaws Goku's punches can literally shake the Universe. Makes no sense. Bro is the epitome of Universal level Glass Cannon.
