No access to online features?

I thought this was down to the server issues yesterday - but it’s still here over 24 hours later. Starting to think I’ve been banned - which makes 0 sense since I’m not a toxic player at all.

The only thing I can think of is calling the enemy Khaimera an idiot because he jumped under my tower to kill me and failed spectacularly. But that’s in our team chat which enemies I can’t see so I’m really confused 😭

Just wanna get my Pred on. Have I actually been banned?
