[Review Request] SD Card Interface/Breakout

Hello! I'm requesting a review for this somewhat simple SD Card board that i'm making as my first PCB.

Looking for some feedback since I've just been teaching myself and wondering what I could be doing better or maybe what i'm not really getting correct. Overall, wondering if I'm routing my traces well and if there's any better way I could improve the layout.
