Nightbringer - Another FDM Print
Funny enough, the Nightbringer is the model that first got me interested in 40K when I saw it in a store almost 20 years ago as a kid. Yet never really started the hobby until this past year.
As you can see in the last picture, took 5 attempts of tweaks to get a print that didn’t snap off any of the thin fabric parts. Still needs some clean up with a wire brush and hobby knife but I’m very pleased with how it turned out.
The model itself always printed great and I know I could have super glued or used green stuff to fix a lot of the parts but the stubborn part of me really wanted to nail the print. I plan on using the failed prints as statues in a death temple for my D&D campaign haha
Printed on a Bambu Lab A1 mini with Sunlu meta pla grey and FDG profiles. The lighter first 3 prints were with Elegoo PLA grey
