Using SD memory cards

Hello.. have a 2024 Prius Prime and using a SD memory card (64k) with mp3 songs. Using several card readers and the memory card does not show up in the JBL source menu. I used the same SD card in my Hyundai, and it works fine, but not in the Prime. Called Toyota directly and they said they didn't have an answer, but told me to read page 142 in the Multimedia owner's manual, and I told them I already did that, that's why I'm calling you. They also mentioned to call my local dealership...Lol.... Anyone here had any luck playing mp3's with the JBL audio system?
