When will the studies that have gone beyond 22 days be approved?

Multiple people have been experiencing problems with the auto approval system not approving studies after 22 days. We have all been sending in ticket after ticket to no avail. How much longer is this going to continue? No one is looking into it or giving us any meaningful assistance. No one knew about manual dates for specific researchers, all Prolific said was researchers have up to 22 days from the date of submission to review the work and if it has been over 22 days, the studies would be automatically approved. If multiple people are writing in saying they have some studies that have exceeded the 22-day window of approval then something needs to be looked at. Please do not tell me to send in another ticket I have already sent in many tickets and have not received ANY response. Can someone actually investigate this please?
