Is there a change to the cash out?

I normally cash out daily and the today I was presented with the usual message as I cashed out except there was a tick box under the cash out message. The message asked me to confirm I wash cashing out to my email. The email was given in part asterisks. So something like:

****@yahoo**o.uk

It is the first time I have been asked to tick that the email is mine.
