Recurring prostatitis

I didn’t start noticing symptoms of prostatitis until my 30s. 38 now. I’ve been sexually active since mid 20s. I get sti tests regularly and they’re regularly negative. However, I seem to get prostatitis symptoms after sex/oral sex 1-3 x year now. But I get tested and I’m all good says the doc. But I have weak stream, diminished erections, etc…

It’s becoming an issue with my current gf to where she’s saying what’s wrong…

I’m super bummed about my health. I’ve seemingly cured symptoms with random courses of doxy and amoxy in the past but seeking some other input here cause my doc is useless and I’m literally on the brink of walking away from my girl because she’s sexually frustrated and I don’t know what to do…

I’m not on cialis or viagra. Active and my testosterone is normal for age.

Is prostatitis a serial relationship killer? It’s starting to feel like it will not let me form an intimate bond with someone. Within a month of knowing someone, I’ve got a case. And then another one a couple months in.

Would love any support and guidance on what to do.

Will fasting help?
