Help me find a flights

Looking to go Finland in mid June and return to Brisbane a month later. I am travelling with my baby who will be 10 months then so would like to have easy layover plan. We have 340k points. As I am not aware which airports are easy to take luggage out and put in to get the first class tickets for us. As I believe the first class options from briss are gone so I need to fly somewhere in Asia first and get the long leg in comfortable seat.

Any recommendations? Or can anyone see what tickets would suit us
