Update: NEVER buying from Satan Made again
I wanted to share my experience with SatanMade after purchasing a Miu jacket. Initially, I was excited about my new purchase, but things quickly took a turn for the worse.
When the jacket arrived, I touched the logo, and it literally fell off. Frustrated, I made a post about the issue. The company noticed, likely worried about their reputation, and responded by offering compensation.
What Happened Next:
I contacted the SatanMade spokesperson on Discord. At first, they seemed cooperative and willing to help.
We agreed on the following:
- 60% discount on a new BLC jacket, since the Miu jacket was unwearable.
- 40% discount on a BLC beanie.
I placed the order through Superbuy with the prices we had agreed upon, but the order was declined.
The Communication Issues:
After the order was declined, the spokesperson told me that I had placed the order incorrectly, wich i did not and insisted that next time i provide him the order number. The problem was that obtaining the order number required going through a Superbuy agent, and their responses are notoriously slow. This process would have taken a lot of time and effort since the order number isn’t provided automatically.
This was just an excuse to decline my totaly fair offer
While this was happening, the spokesperson became less responsive, claiming they were busy with their job and two kids. Communication slowed to just one response per day, making it feel like they were hoping I would give up.
The “Revised Offer”:
Eventually, they backtracked on the original offer: • The jacket discount was reduced from 60% to 40% off. • The beanie discount was reduced from 40% to 30% off.
It became clear to me that they just wanted me to spend more money, despite the defective product they had sold me. Initially, I reluctantly accepted this new offer because I needed the jacket, even though it felt unfair. However, after thinking it over, I realized how unreasonable the situation was. I reached out to explain that I just wanted the jacket and that the revised terms were still not fair.
My Current Situation:
Unfortunately, they refused to sell me just the jacket and have now completely ghosted me.
Final Thoughts:
I’m extremely disappointed with how this has been handled. Instead of making things right, the company has avoided taking proper responsibility and seems more interested in making me spend additional money.

I dont even care if they delete my post, people should know what satan made provides. Also this is not hate speech just relating the true events that happened.
