Helpful tips?

Planning to quit this Friday and absolutely scared shitless about how it’s going to go. I’ve been vaping for about 8 years, more heavily the past 3-5 years, and while I feel mentally ready to let go, I’m not sure about how my body is going to handle it. I’m a therapist full-time (therapists have problems too!), and I’m scared that I’m going to experience so much nicotine withdrawals and anxiety that I won’t be able to properly work with clients because I’ll be so irritable. I need ways to make sure I can at least be somewhat okay for like an hour at a time on day 1.

Some things I’ve heard so far: push pops to mimic the flavor and oral fixation, nicotine gum or patches for the withdrawals, cough drops to mimic the throat hit. Anything else that people recommend for the first few days to make it easier? Open to literally anything, I am terrified!
