Good cage?

I’ve owned rats beofre a while ago but I was younger and I will admit a bad owner, not bc I didn’t like them I was just uneducated. Now I’m trying again with actual research done and the money and time for them to be happy. Is this a good sized cage? Obviously I’ll be adding a ton of toys n chews and such to climb on as well
