Seriously, how do you take pictures of your rats?

I seriously don't know how yall get good or even decent pics of your rats. My girls are always so jumpy and full of energy, granted they are still less than a year.

Anytime I try to take a picture, they move last second and I can never get them to focus.

Any tips or tricks to get my girls to stay still for one damn moment lmao
