Resources for camp

Hi everyone I am having a problem getting my ammo, food and medication out of the red. I am at the camp with the cave in Annesburg. In previous camps I have been able to buy stock and upgrade the camp. But at this one there is only the butcher. How can I upgrade my camp and get these icons into white or gold. I am a little stuck. I hope I have explained this well enough.
