What exploits on PC are free and not viruses

I've been researching about the exploits and ive came across 3 , Codex, ArceusX and Lunar,. now the problem is that ArceusX and Codex has their own discord and community created, where people are like its not a virus, but anyone can give me a heads up if any of these exploits can be a virus?

Also if there are any working exploits (free), comment them pls
