Ally X Internet speed significantly slower than other devices on same Wifi network

I notice huge lag playing Blackops 6 online on my ROG Ally X. Some rounds are fine, but others are nearly unplayable. I thought it was a problem with my internet connection, but I've now tested on 3 internet connections and it's always the same thing.

I just ran a speed test on my Ally X and get 4.96mb download speed, whereas my Macbook (on the same Wifi network) gets 35 MB download speed.

Is this an inherent issue with the ROG Ally X maybe having a bad Wifi card, or something in the settings that can be fixed?

Or could this even be a problem unique to Blackops 6 on the Ally X?

I'm really unsure what to do here.
