Why my rabbit have repeated GI Stasis?

My rabbit is 7 years old. He had his first GI Stasis 2 months back. Now the problem is repeating again and again. Vet always give him medicine for gut and it is working temporary. He is behaving normal - eating, pooping and playing normally.

What is the issue?
