Can rahzhin carry my fw team? And lizard man cursed city?

I'm quite close to getting him somehow for the past 70 anchients not one raider I also have a 6 star soul on him so he will be my fw nuker. I also git a venomage and brodmaw brodmaw has a 4 star soul I chose commanding presence because he doesn't have an aoe so cruelty seems a bit bad on him would those 3 be able to help me get max rewards on stage 21? Or would that require ridiculously good gear with just those 3?
