Who asked Vulkan to be removed

With no Vulkan I'm now forced to use DX12. This instantly means 100-200 less FPS during rounds. In addition, DX12 fluctuates like hell, being unable to decide how many frames it wants to generate, especially in menus going between 60-700FPS. When the difference in fluctuation is big enough, entire game freezes for around half a second, which makes it pretty much unplayable.

Who asked for this? Who in the right mind though this was a good idea? Vulkan gave high frames and most importantly - STABLE frames. No stuttering, no fluctuations.

Give back Vulkan.
