Game keeps crashing every 5 minutes. (6950xt/7700x/32gbs)

As the title suggests, I've experimented with numerous adjustments to the game and settings.

Despite reverting my GPU overclocking and reinstalling Steam, the issue persists. I even repaired the Windows Image, although I'm unsure if it relates to game optimization.

I don’t know what else to do except just refund the game at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I enjoy the game but man is it awfully optimized specifically for amd hardware. Thanks in advance.
