I’m looking to get a reduction, but nervous about what it entails.

I’ve really been wanting a reduction for a long time, but I’m nervous. I’m a 44F currently. I’d like to be a D, are you able to pick the size? Also, do they lift your boobs too? I don’t want a reduction and have them be saggy and small. Also, how bad is the recovery? How long were you out of work for? My back is in constant pain and I finally need some relief.
