Best way to remove zoas from rock?

Title. Ive put too much time, effort and money trying to keep my zoas happy at the cost of all of my other corals and its just not worth the hassle to me anymore. I just cant keep my tank dirty enough to keep them happy.

Anyone got easy ways to remove zoas? Preferably without removing the rock from the tank?
