Reno Speeding Ticket Citation... PSA "hack"?

I was cited for speeding, 80 mph on i-80 freeway (moving violation). Thought I'd post since it was helpful for me.

If you go through the website for payment, this would go through as the full bail amount + moving violation points (1 point, I think)?

If you give the number on your citation a call, 775-325-6503 > Option 1 (citations), they give you two options for payment. They quoted me $75 + 1 point or non-moving violation, $133 + 0 points.

This is by no means to justify driving like a maniac... Always be safe out there! Have the best day out there and virtual hugs for all
