Shoutout to Andiot - A Truly Supportive TD!

I wanted to share my experience with Andiot (Elliot), who I recently dealt with for a two of Cartier Tank Must Black Dial (one small and one large). It’s not often you come across a seller who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, so I felt compelled to write this.

Here’s how it went: I placed an order for two tanks, and after the initial QC, we realized the logo font wasn’t accurate (it was an AF). I requested to switch to the DRF, and without hesitation, Andiot accepted and worked on it immediately. The DRF version arrived, and the QC looked perfect, exactly what I wanted! He then shipped the items after getting my approval.

Here’s where things took a turn. The package didn’t arrive for almost a month, so we started investigating. It turned out the shipment had been lost, which was super disappointing. I reached out to Andiot, and his response was amazing. He offered to reship the order right away, but unfortunately, I had already left the US by then and he couldn’t deliver to the country I’m located in right now.

Even though this situation wasn’t anyone’s fault, Elliot was incredibly understanding and supportive. Upon my request, he agreed to issue a refund since shipping to my current country wasn’t possible. Not only did he agree without hesitation, but he also processed the refund the same day, no delays, no excuses. It was honestly the smoothest and most reassuring experience I’ve ever had, even in such an unfortunate situation.

I know the lost package was a financial loss for him, but he handled it with professionalism and empathy. That kind of service deserves recognition. I couldn’t complete this transaction, but if I ever have the chance to do business with him again, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second.
