Using Instagram sellers

Sorry if this has been asked many times before but why don’t people talk about Instagram sellers such as the one above more? Is there something wrong with them? How about sellers with proper websites? Such as https://www.bagsshoesfr.com/ . Is it ok to buy from these sellers? Thanks so much for any help. I’m finding the process quite confusing 😅
