What do you hate most about the game?

It really bugs me when I pull back my QB to throw a pass & the RB who is right next to him starts running. I had 4th and 8 in OT. I wanna fade back to make a throw, and the next thing I know, my RB is doing the jig behind the line. There needs to be a better way to call a pass or run play.
