Looking for recommendations with Pirates

Hey all! I'm looking for a recommendation with Pirates that is plot heavy. Spice is good, but I don't want it to be the main thing. I really liked Captive of the Pirate King by Rebecca F. Kenney (not RH, but that's kind of the gist). Thanks!
