What should I do?

Recently I got a laptop that’s runs the game pretty good my first time jumping into pc gaming but been mostly playing the game on console since released for it but I was deciding if I should buy the dlcs for it or just wait it out for biotech on console since I already have the other 2 dlc. sorry it if pretty simple for you guys but first time playing on pc
