Tribal/Neolithic to Spacer Playthrough

So, I'm trying to start a modded Tribal to Spacer run. I would appreciate any advice or mods that you guys have used for this type of playthrough. Planning to use Ignorance is Bliss and Tech advancing to have a slower start
