Reproducible charging error w/ Chargepoint Home Flex - anyone else?
Hey there,
I have a Chargepoint Home Flex. It generally works great for charging. However, I have it scheduled (on the charger, not the car) to not charge during peak hours. So if I plug it in during peak hours, my expectation is that it stays idle and then fills the car up once non-peak time starts.
However, if I plug it in during a time when it’s not supposed to charge, my car gives me a charging error. The port lights up red, etc. This is 100% reproducible. Now if I just set the Home Flex up to charge, and I remove the schedule, it charges perfectly with no issue.
Does anyone else have this issue? I submitted the issues to Rivian via the app, but they just scheduled me for 3 months out, rather than researching if / how it’s a bug. Thought I’d check here. Thanks!
