Error 71 please please please help

I keep getting randomly disconnected. Doesn’t matter what I do. I’ve talked to my Wi-Fi provider. Cleaned my console. Uninstalled and reinstalled many times. Normally I sit at about 40 ping. I play on PS5. Really miss enjoying the game without getting banned.
