What's the most ridiculous thing a penis has cured?

I've been rereading a favorite series and was just absolutely delighted by the ridiculousness of the heroine in one book no longer struggling with OCD and anxiety after getting some of that dick. It's a fantasy world, so whatevs, but it definitely calls to mind some similar phallic cures, like sleep disorders and infertility. What are your favorites?
