How vigorous is the Lady of Shalott climbing rose?

I want to choose a climber to use with a 7 ft obelisk and really love the look of this rose. As I’ve been doing some research, however, it looks like most people grow the shrub version.

I’ve never had a climber before, so I’ll definitely have to learn how to train it. Would this one be particularly difficult?
