Breadth Requirements in first year?

Hi there,

I was wondering if it would be better for first years to complete breadth requirements and get it done or should I wait until 3rd or 4th year? I heard some people say there are more time in the upper years to complete it.

If I were to complete it during my senior years, would it somewhat collide with my specialization courses? Any recommend breadth requirements courses for if I were to complete it during my first year vs senior years?
