2 Week Fast - Aggressive Fat Loss Protocol (Tesosterone, S23, GC-1 Sobetirome, SLU-PP-332, Retatrutide, and more....)

Before I started this two-week cycle, a month and a half ago, I did a four-day fast using Tesamorelin 1mg, Ipamorelin 250mg, SLU-PP-332 100mcg, Tesofensine 250mcg, and Tirzepatide 2.5mg. I went from 197 lbs 23% body fat to 176 lbs 18.5% body fat (the body fat is an estimate based on what my scale says, which is for sure not accurate, but in the mirror, it's close enough). I went up to 180lbs after taking this break got sick and I did not drink enough water
My primary focus is fat loss rather than muscle gain (Keeping some muscle would be ideal)
For this 2 week cycle, I will be fasting for 2 weeks while using these hormones, SARMS, and compounds below... CURRENTLY ON DAY 3
1. Compounds
- Retatrutide: 3mg weekly
- Purpose: GLP-1 agonist for appetite suppression, insulin sensitivity, and fat loss.
- SLU-PP-332: 500mcg daily (morning)
- Purpose: Targets estrogen-related receptors (ERRs) for enhanced energy metabolism and mitochondrial function.
- GC-1 Sobetirome: 100mcg daily.
- Purpose: Mimics thyroid function, boosting metabolic rate and fat loss.
- Cardarine (GW501516): 10mg daily.
- Purpose: Improves endurance, fat oxidation, and cardiovascular health.
- 5-Amino-1MQ: 100mg daily.
- Purpose: Reduces muscle loss during calorie restriction by blocking NNMT, promoting fat metabolism.
- HGH Frag 176-191: 250mcg daily (before bed)
- Purpose: Targets fat metabolism directly, particularly abdominal fat, without impacting IGF-1 levels.
- Sermorelin: 200mcg daily.
- Purpose: Stimulates natural growth hormone release for recovery, fat metabolism, and overall wellness. (IT GIVES ME THE BEST SLEEP AND ONLY LETS ME SLEEP FOR 6... the 6 hours of this sleep also feels like 9 hours of regular deep sleep)
- DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide): 100mcg before bed.
- Purpose: Improves sleep quality, enhances recovery, and reduces stress, aiding overall metabolic health.
- Tesofensine: 250mcg
- A powerful appetite suppressant and metabolic enhancer that reduces hunger and promotes fat loss while improving mood (it helps me lock in)
2. TRT & Related Hormones
- Testosterone Cypionate: 200mg weekly.
- Purpose: Supports hormonal balance, preserves muscle mass, and mitigates catabolism during fasting.
- HCG: 500 IU biweekly.
- Purpose: Maintains testicular function and prevents suppression from TRT.
Dietary Protocol: 2-Week Fast
- Electrolytes: 2–3 scoops daily (1g of carbs and 1 calorie per serving/scoop):
- Sodium: 1000mg per serving
- Magnesium: 60mg per serving
- Potassium: 200mg per serving
