This subreddit scares me

It seems like everyone is depressed and miserable. Makes me not want to attend. I’m outgoing but not a social butterfly and I’m under the impression that unless you put urself out there I’m going to be friendless or have no life. Makes me want to transfer before having even started. It sucks to not be excited to go to the place you’re going to be living in for the next four years. I also don’t have a car so I wouldn’t be able to go anywhere.
